Usage
1. Choose the placing position of the shoulder top by hand according to the weight center of gravity, so as not to turn over during lifting.
2. When lifting and landing, the area of the roof or foot of the body must be in contact with the weight, so as to
ensure sufficient strength to prevent the weight from falling.
3. The ground on which the arm rests should be firm.
4. Check whether there is any jam or abnormal phenomenon before use and only use when everything is normal.
